NOTES
- All commissions will have simple backgrounds unless requested otherwise
- Specific Background request will be an additional base cost of 20 USD + ??? (depending on complexity)
- If you would like to commission a character that does not exist yet but do not want a character sheet there will be a character design fee of **+150 USD ** on top of the base price

- The sheet will include one rendered pose + front view + back view + Items detail (if applicable)
- Additional fees will be charged depending on the complexity of the character
VTUBER ASSETS

ANIMATED ASSETS (currently closed)
- If you want to animate the asset it will be an additional +100USD- The artist will only animate assets that have been drawn by themselves
- The animation will only be an idle/breathing animation
- The animation will be a 8-16 sec looping greenscreen video consisting of a breathing cycle and minimal grip and finger readjustments
- The asset will be animated with 'Spine 2D'
Terms and conditions
BY COMMISSIONING THE ARTIST, THE CLIENT AGREES TO THESE TERMS.- Commissions are intended for non-commercial/personal use only. If the client wishes to commission commercial work, they must notify the artist beforehand.
- The client may not sell or alter the artwork they paid for. The client is allowed to physically reprint the artwork for personal display purposes ONLY. Re-distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Complete payment must be paid and cleared after the details of the commission have been discussed and confirmed so that the artist can officially start working on the commission.
- Major revisions requests (posing, outfit changes, etc.) after the initial sketch has been sent out and approved by the client will be subject to extra charges.
- The client may repost the commissioned artwork only if it is credited properly, linking to either to the artist's Twitter page, Twitter handle or Instagram page.
- The artist reserves all rights to their artwork, and is allowed to put the commissioned work in their portfolio, social media sites, etc. (unless it is specified to be kept private by the client).
- There will be a soft deadline of 2 - 3 weeks once the initial sketch is confirmed by the client
- If the client requests a rush deadline an additional rush fee must be paid
- The artist will not be held responsible for any missed information, but shall accept revisions with an added fee.
- Any type of commission that does not follow these terms shall be rejected.
- The artist has the right to reject any commission request for any reason, and without the need for an explanation.
REFUNDS- If the commission is cancelled by the artist or the client before any work has been done, then the client may receive a full refund.
- If the commission is cancelled by the artist or the client after the artist has begun work on the sketch the client WILL NOT receive any refunds.
- Completed artwork is non-refundable. This is non-negotiable.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without the need for an explanation.
PAYMENT
- Payment must be made through Paypal only.
- The complete payment must be made upfront once the details have been discussed and confirmed with the artist.
- The client must provide their Paypal email to the artist once the commission details are confirmed so that an invoice containing the payment information may be sent to them.- Artist Email - [email protected]
